Right Move Recruitment is currently recruiting for a strong inside Sales Reps to work alongside a global company with massive growth in experience and scalability . an exciting opportunity for a career driven professional.
As an Inside Sales Representative you will identify, source and close prospects for companies. This client-facing, quota carrying role will assist in driving revenue pipeline and closing full cycle sales opportunities. This individual will be responsible for working within the sales team to achieve both personal and team member growth goals for their assigned Territory or Region.
Salary: €34,000 + €8,000 = €42,000 OTE
As a successful Inside Sales Representative you will be expected to:
- Execute net new business and upsell bookings for the product to companies
- Position the value and the future of flexible work
- Partner with internal sales teams on transactional access product sales opportunities
- Be a positive brand ambassador and effectively communicate value proposition to members
- Provide unmatched customer service to members to ensure the best possible member experience
Experience and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 1-2 years of professional experience in sales, account management or related industry
- Comfortable using CRM platforms – Salesforce experience highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in nurturing, negotiating and closing sales
- Experience working on a team and leading a team player mentality
- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
- Exceptional organization skills and multi-tasking skills
